Plenty of food for breakfast, which was amazing to satisfy everyone. Had good modern room with a queen bed and all conveniences and a lovely bathroom, and protected with smoke detectors. The location was unbeatable and excellent, just a short walk away from Stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the Merivale shopping centre and a beautiful park. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel had all the amenities I needed, including a swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and a sun terrace. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen and dining area. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

More attention could be paid to cleaning - bathroom in particular. I found the crockery and glasses being in such a high cupboard didn't work for me - I had to use one of the dining chairs to be able to get anythingout to use.

We loved the convenient location near the center, close to eating places and cafes and restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, including comfortable lounge seating, full cooking facilities, and easy access to the CBD. The parking was plentiful, and the staff provided great service.

A very convenient location for us. Had extra facilities for another family member to join us for one night.It was very well appointed , cosy & surprisingly quiet for the location.Nothing was a bother to the management & staff.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to main roads and shopping centers. The pool and BBQ area looked welcoming, and there was ample parking available. We loved that the hotel was right next door to Pedro's House of Lamb, famous for serving the best lamb in the world. The staff provided excellent room service and even left the heat on for us when we arrived at 2am. The laundry facilities were convenient, and the milk provided was a nice touch.

There was an ant issue in the hotel, which was a bit annoying.

Due to the recent earthquake and subsequent damage to the city, this motel offers comfortable accommodation within walking distance of several restaurants. As so much of the city is closed, it is difficult to find places to dine.

We experienced a 5.3 afterhsock, would suggest a ground floor unit rather than an upstairs one.
